The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) is the best out of all of us the doing Ibadah. There are lots of forms of Ibadah and one of them is reciting the Adhkar. There are lots of Adhkar that have been shared from the Hadiths but the best remembrance and supplication that you can recite is “La ilaha illallah” and “Alhamdulillah”.
This is said in a Hasan (good) Hadith. According to the summation of Imam al-Baiquniy, a Hasan Hadith is basically a type of Hadith that has many lines but the narrators are not that well known.
A Hasan Hadith can be used as an argument or justification and is a part of authentic Hadiths too.
Hadith regarding the best remembrance and supplication
