Ayatul Kursi Recite It After Every Compulsory Prayer For A Great Reward

Reciting ayatul kursi after every compulsory salah brings lots of benefits and one of them is entry to paradise.

Ayatul Kursi

Ayatul kursi, memorizing and reciting it on daily basis is such an enormous good deed for a Muslim as Allah offers lot benefits to those who practices it and one of them is entry to Jannah.

Hadith – Jannah As A Reward For Reciting Ayatul Kursi After Obligatory Salat

Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: “Whoever recites ayatul kursi at the end of every obligatory prayer, nothing but death will prevent him from entering Paradise.” [An-Nasa’i reported it, and Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (authentic).

Heaven

I chose the hadith above as my first entry because I find solace in it. There are many roads that leads to paradise. For me the promise of entering Jannah by reciting Ayatul Kursi after each compulsory salah is very comforting.

And the only thing that stands in between is death itself.

The grave is a very frightening place and it reminds me of the story where Uthman Ibn Affan would weep until his tears soaked his beard whenever it was mentioned.

Ayatul Kursi

Allah! There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him, the Ever-Living, All-Sustaining. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth.

Who could possibly intercede with Him without His permission? He ˹fully˺ knows what is ahead of them and what is behind them, but no one can grasp any of His knowledge—except what He wills ˹to reveal˺.

His Seat encompasses the heavens and the earth, and the preservation of both does not tire Him. For He is the Most High, the Greatest.
